I held a meeting at Starbucks with the 4 stylists ahead of time so that we could work together to collaborate on the final looks.
I used a Pinterest board and had each of the models send me numerous pictures as they shopped for all of the clothing pieces and accessories, and based the final wardrobe styling off of that. NOTE: Some articles of clothing, boots, and accessories were from my personal studio style closet.
I also used a Pinterest board to collaborate with the hair and makeup artists, and added photos of the models and their final outfits. The hair and makeup inspiration photos were added by Kristyn Harboldt and Taryn Moore.
Boho Tent Collaboration: The tent inspiration photos for the Pinterest board were added by myself and George Yunis (my hair stylist). The final tent design and construction was done by Johnny Yunis, his talented 16 yr. old son.
We also collaborated with Steve Faber of the Maples Motel, who was wonderful enough to let us have free run of his awesome 1970's motel. And the VW Bus was provided by Kirk Berhent: I located him through inquiring with a contact who is a member of a local Volkswagen club.
"You were born to dance to the beat of your own heart; to roam without cages; with the innocence of a child and the free spirit of untamed horses; I hope you laugh without stopping, live with abandon, and love like it's all there is; stay wild, my wild, wild child."
